City National Grove of Anaheim, Anaheim

City National Grove of Anaheim is a versatile indoor live music venue located in Anaheim, just under two miles from Disneyland Resort and adjacent to Angel Stadium. With a seating capacity of approximately 1,700, it offers an intimate concert experience while remaining accessible via nearby major transport hubs, including the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC), served by Amtrak and Metrolink.

The venue opened in 1998 as Tinseltown Studios, an ambitious awards show-themed restaurant. After a brief run, it transitioned into a live entertainment venue known as The Sun Theatre, before becoming The Grove of Anaheim in 2001. A significant milestone came in 2002 when the City of Anaheim acquired the venue. In 2011, a naming rights deal with City National Bank led to its current name: City National Grove of Anaheim. Most recently, in 2025, OCVIBE took over as the venue's manager, operator, and booker.

Throughout its evolution, the Grove has built a reputation as a premier mid-sized venue, attracting a diverse lineup of performers across genres. Its stage has hosted music legends and popular acts such as Prince, Bob Dylan, B.B. King, Marilyn Manson, Jeff Beck & Johnny Depp, Enrique Bunbury, Chiquis, Jamie Foxx, Seal, Joe Satriani, and George Lopez, among many others.

Thanks to its prime location, flexible space, and rich entertainment history, the City National Grove of Anaheim continues to be a key player in Southern California’s live performance scene.
