Gallery 113, Santa Barbara
Gallery 113 was established in 1973 by a group of Santa Barbara artists. As the gallery expanded, it relocated in 1978 to a two-level venue in La Arcada Court, which still serves as both an active exhibition space and the business office of the Santa Barbara Art Association. The gallery features work exclusively by juried members of the Association, reinforcing its ties to the local creative community.
Exhibitions change monthly and include both group and solo shows, maintaining a steady rhythm of new work throughout the year. More than 75 local artists contribute regularly, and every piece displayed is an original piece. The gallery showcases work across a wide range of media, including painting, drawing, collage, etching, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and photo-mechanical processes.
