The Jimmy Carter Library and Museum is an interesting destination for anyone interested in the history of the United States and the life and career of Jimmy Carter, from his humble beginnings in rural Georgia to his tenure as the 39th President of the United States. Visitors can view a wide range of exhibits that cover topics such as the civil rights movement, energy crisis, and foreign policy during the Carter administration.

One of the museum's highlights is the replica of the Oval Office, which provides visitors with a glimpse into what the President's office looked like during Carter's presidency. There are also interactive exhibits that allow learning about the role of the President, including a "Crisis Room" where one can participate in a simulated crisis scenario.

The grounds are full of tall trees and beautifully landscaped with flowers, water features, a few sculptures, and a great view of Atlanta's skyline.
The Oval Office replica is a pretty unique attraction – when are you ever going to get to see the real thing anyway?
Also has a gift shop where you can buy POTUS seal branded stuff and other knick-knacks.

Don't skip the opening film. It's short, sweet, and gives you a great overview.
