Jury Room, Santa Cruz

Jury Room, Santa Cruz

The Jury Room is another great dive bar in downtown Santa Cruz and it gets its name from the County Courthouse, because it is right across the street from it. This is a great place to stop on your way home from the beach and have some nice drinks. The prices are affordable and they have a pool table, microwave oven, TVs that play movies, music and sports, and the jukebox has a lot of punk and metal music. The bartender is always nice, fun and pours a stiff drink at a cheap price. The Jury Room is a good place to relax and if you are into good drinks, free entertainment and good punk selection, it's never too late to visit.

Historical Buildings Walk

Apart from surfboard-filled shores, Santa Cruz is also rich in history reflected in the old buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
