Kraemer Building, Anaheim
Kraemer Building features beautiful architecture with many decorations of high craftsmanship. It is a National Historic building now occupied by residential flats and offices. It was constructed in 1924. You will see state-of- the-art amenities in each unit of the building, which carries the name of the builder, Samuel Kraemer. This building was the first tall structure in Anaheim. Samuel Kraemer was a very wealthy man as his land possessed oil.
