La Renaissance Apartments, Saskatoon

La Renaissance Apartments, Saskatoon

Located on Spadina Crescent East in the heart of Saskatoon’s Central Business District, La Renaissance Apartments is a 24-storey residential tower completed in 1983. Rising 79.2 meters into the skyline, it ranks as the city’s second-tallest structure and is one of Saskatoon's most recognizable high-rises.

The building contains 96 condominium units and features a modern architectural style that closely resembles the Delta Regina Hotel-Regina’s and Saskatchewan’s tallest building. With its prominent riverbank location, La Renaissance offers residents sweeping views of the South Saskatchewan River and the downtown cityscape.

Situated near the Radisson Hotel and directly across from the red-brick Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (built in 1953 in Neo-Gothic style), the apartments are just steps away from restaurants, shops, and cultural venues. Blending urban convenience with scenic surroundings, La Renaissance remains one of Saskatoon’s premier addresses for high-rise living.
