Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel, Las Vegas
Located on Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel stands as a contemporary wedding venue. Originally constructed in the 1950s as the Silver Bell Wedding Chapel, it underwent a modern renovation and was reimagined as Mon Bel Ami in 2003. This charming chapel welcomes couples from around the globe, offering a picturesque setting for weddings, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, same-sex unions, and wedding receptions.
During its time as the Silver Bell Wedding Chapel, which attracted countless couples, Mon Bel Ami witnessed numerous notable unions, including the marriages of renowned figures like Burt Bacharach and Angie Dickenson in 1965, as well as Rodney Dangerfield and Joan Child in 1993. In the 1960s, Jim Duszynski assumed ownership, while his father Leonard earned acclaim for designing the iconic neon wedding bells. The chapel's rich history extends to its appearances in the television movie "Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas" and the film "Lost in America." Sadly, in 2002, a fire ravaged much of the building. However, it was subsequently sold, renovated by new owners, and reborn as Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel.
