The Palace of Kids' and Youth Creativity used to be a great mansion. When Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union, the building served as the Palace of Pioneers. Today it is a center that organizes various cultural and educational activities to help promote creativity in Yalta's youth. The palace has its own small park called Lomonosov Park.
