Pinnacle at Symphony Place, Nashville

The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a 29-story skyscraper in Nashville, situated in the SoBro (South of Broadway) district, right next to the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. It officially opened its doors on February 10, 2010. This impressive building offers 520,000 square feet of top-notch office space and an additional 23,000 square feet designated for retail.

Notably, The Pinnacle is home to respected Nashville law firms such as Bass, Berry & Sims and Sherrard & Roe, as well as Pinnacle Financial Partners. It holds the distinction of being downtown Nashville's first office tower to achieve Gold LEED Certification, thanks to its energy-efficient design. Among its eco-friendly features are a spacious one-acre green roof terrace garden above the parking garage and various other sustainable amenities.

The tower's design was a collaboration between Pickard Chilton & Associates from New Haven, Connecticut, and Everton Oglesby of Nashville. Architect Jon Pickard drew inspiration from the timeless elegance of classic skyscrapers when crafting the exterior design.
