Margarete Steiff, who was wheelchair-bound from childhood but overcame her limitations, first marketed a stuffed elephant in 1880, and Steiff produced the very first Teddy Bears in 1906. The Zurich branch is a wonderland where plush toys live. Here you will find classic cuddly teddy bears, arctic and marine animals, many kinds of wild animals, pretty key chains, and popular rocking horses, elephants and bears. All toys are top quality.
