This popular student pub is located at the corner of Northgate Street and Duck Lane. It occupies a lovely house with a bright interior. Visitors are mostly students although locals frequent the Jolly Sailor. The pub holds theme parties regularly. They show important games on large flat screen TVs. A nice choice of draft beers is available. The Sailor’s staff provides great service. Visitors can also find a seat in the cozy outdoor beer garden. Hours of operation: Mon-Thu 11:30 am- 12:30 am, Fri-Sat 11:30 am-1:00 am, Sun 12:00 pm-12:30 am.
