Trinity United Methodist Church, Youngstown

Established in 1803, Trinity United Methodist Church was originally a log schoolhouse. The current building was constructed in 1883, featuring a Collegiate Gothic design. In 1942 it underwent major renovations, with the subsequent additions of the east wing and the Chapel of Friendly Bells. This church is home to one of the finest organs, built and installed in 1947 by the M.P. Moeller Pipe Organ Company. Named Mighty Moeller, the organ was designed by Alexander McCurdy, an organist from the Curtis Institute of Music.
