Since its establishment in 1998, the Baldacci family has expanded its vineyard holdings across three prestigious Napa Valley appellations: Stags Leap District, Calistoga, and Los Carneros, cultivating over 50 acres of sustainably farmed vines.
The winery’s origins trace back to Thomas and Brenda Baldacci, who fell in love with Napa’s landscape and the deep viticultural history of Stags Leap District. Their vision was not only to produce world-class wines but to create a lasting family legacy. Today, second-generation vintner Michael Baldacci continues this tradition, meticulously crafting wines that reflect the terroir-driven diversity of their estate vineyards.
Baldacci Family Vineyards spans three prime Napa Valley sites: Winery Ranch (Stags Leap District), home to the Estate House, wine cave, and 17 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot; Honey B Vineyard (Los Carneros), a 23-acre site producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gewurztraminer; and Stella Knight Vineyard (Calistoga/Diamond Mountain District), an 8-acre Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard with volcanic soils and warm conditions ideal for structured wines.
Baldacci Family Vineyards is best known for its classically styled Cabernet Sauvignon, praised for its approachability in youth while maintaining the depth and structure to age gracefully.
