Berghain, Berlin

Berghain, Berlin

Perhaps one of the most famous nightclubs in the world, and certainly in Berlin, Berghain is located, and named after, the two neighborhoods it resides between, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. Guests able to get past the notoriously harsh door policy will find a large party space inside, a former power plant, with minimal design made of concrete and steel. A huge dance floor welcomes party goers to a festival that starts on Friday evening and generally goes on until early Monday afternoon. Upstairs is the Panorama Bar, a cool lounge for guests to take a break from the action downstairs. The main space attracts the biggest named DJs found worldwide, while the upstairs bar features a good selection of house favorites.
