Its striking design features a blue glass front shaped like a whale and a granite rear building symbolizing eternity. Visitors can catch a film at the cinema, work out at the gym, or bring children to the indoor recreation center. One of its most iconic features is the rooftop amusement park, which boasts the Hello Kitty Ferris Wheel-the only one in Taiwan offering views of both the city and the ocean. At night, the Ferris wheel’s vibrant lights create a festive atmosphere visible from afar, adding to the mall’s visual charm and making it a favorite photo spot.
