Inspired by her accomplishments in baking for Toronto's renowned Cow Café, Dufflet Rosenberg founded Dufflet Pastries in 1975. Presently, the wholesale division of Dufflet Pastries takes great pride in supplying a diverse range of desserts from the classic Signature Collections and specialized packaged lines to restaurants, cafés, caterers, grocers, and gourmet food shops throughout Canada.

From delectable cakes to delightful cookies, and from magnificent wedding cakes to festive celebration cakes, every Dufflet creation is meticulously handcrafted from scratch. These exquisite delights are exclusively made with premium ingredients, devoid of hydrogenated fats or oils, artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

In 1982, Dufflet inaugurated her original store on Queen Street West, which has since become an iconic destination for Toronto's most unforgettable desserts and celebration cakes. This central retail café offers a comprehensive selection of items that can be pre-ordered online or purchased in person. Additionally, the café showcases Queen Specific, a thoughtfully curated window space by The Shell Projects, exhibiting captivating installations by local visual artists, alongside a variety of greeting cards, gourmet candy, and chocolate.

Responding to popular demand, Dufflet Small Indulgences was introduced in 2006. This line of gourmet chocolates and confections, renowned for its award-winning Nutt-e, can be found in select fine food stores and gift shops across North America.
