Ranked as the 45th tallest building in South America and the 17th in Brazil, it holds a prominent position. Notably, the tower is conveniently situated near the renowned Pinheiros neighborhood's Shopping Eldorado, a popular shopping center.

With eight parking floors, Eldorado Business Tower offers ample parking space. Four of these floors are located below ground level, while the other four are situated above ground. Each 32 square meters of office area is complemented by a dedicated parking space. The tower also boasts a unique feature-an elevated passway connects it to Shopping Eldorado. Moreover, the tower's rooftop accommodates a helipad measuring 24 x 24 meters, capable of accommodating aircraft weighing up to 10 tons.
