Memorial House of Stefan Baciu, Brasov
The Memorial House of Stefan Baciu was erected in 1930 and 1931 by his father, Ioan Baciu. Stefan Baciu is a famous Romanian poet, essayist, journalist, art critic, translator, diplomat and professor, born in 1918. In 1990 he was declared an honorary member of the Romanian Union of Writers. The memorial house of Stefan Baciu was founded in 2003 thanks to a donation by the Baciu family. Its three halls and depository display furniture, pieces of art, more than 3600 books and an archive with approximately 6000 documents of the family.
