Writing this post on Istanbul’s mouthwatering cuisine made me hungry to go back, Dear Reader. You can only imagine what kind of culinary wonders this city has in store for you until you experience it for yourself! I spent a month in Istanbul traveling solo, immersing myself in its delicious street food scene and seeking out traditional Turkish dishes and I came away wanting so much more.
