For wonderfully delicious Ramen with flair, well-priced, and excellent service from the staff, you must stop at the Ramen Samurai while at the JR Kanazawa Station.
The Ramen Samurai’s commitment to lovingly making noodles is second to none and you can read the full story on their website.
When in Kanazawa and wandering through the Omicho Market, make your way downstairs to the Champion’s Curry Omicho as you must try the tasty curry - a distinct variety of Japanese curry.
