Christ Church, Swansea

Christ Church, Swansea

While walking along Oystermouth Road, you will stumble across a wonderful construction dating from the 19th century, which belongs to Christ Church. It began from the foundation of a school. At first there was Christ Church Infant School, but in 1863, the church was founded and it started its activity in a school room, later to become an independent parish, in 1871. Christ Church can easily be found, as it isn’t far from Swansea County Hall and Swansea prison.
