Dinosaur Bar-B-Q, Syracuse

Dinosaur Bar-B-Q was founded in 1984 by three bikers. Originally Dinosaur Bar-B-Q was a mobile restaurant that only operated at motorcycle shows and festivals, but in 1988 the owners opened a permanent location in Syracuse. By 1990 the restaurant had doubled its space, adding a full bar, waitress service, and live music. Dinosaur Bar-B-Q now has two upstairs rooms for private parties. The restaurant has five of its famous specialty sauces distributed throughout the United States, England, and Australia. Dinosaur Bar-B-Q is open Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
