The flagship store located on Oxford Street now aspires to establish itself as the leading department store, even surpassing nearby competitors like John Lewis and Selfridge's. While this aspiration has yet to fully materialize, House of Fraser has significantly improved its selection of products.

The primary focus of the store remains on clothing and beauty products, offering an expanded and improved range. Additionally, the homeware section has also seen growth, featuring a comprehensive selection of items, including bedding, towels, dinner sets, cutlery, and a wide array of kitchen utensils and cookware. For those seeking a quick meal, there is also a food court available.
