Established in 1986, the Mayanot Gallery, located on King George Street in Jerusalem's historic gallery district, showcases a diverse range of artworks including paintings, graphic arts, sculpture, and photography by both classic and contemporary Israeli artists.

The gallery's name, "Mayanot", meaning "wellsprings" or "sources" in Hebrew, reflects owner Yael Gahnassia's belief that all the works displayed in her gallery are interconnected, whether ancient or modern. Therefore, all the creations are complementary, responding to each other; the biblical illustrations of Zeev Raban, for instance, interact with Pinchas Litvinovsky's explosions of colors. With years of experience and credibility among art collectors, Yael aims to provide her clients with the finest selection of artworks.
