The Perugia Office of Science and Technology (POST) is the vibrant heart of scientific exploration in Umbria, offering a dynamic approach to engaging with the world of science. Located near the iconic Etruscan Arch and Grimana Square, close to the University for Foreigners' main building, the POST is not just a museum but a hub for interactive learning and inspiration.

Founded in 2003, the POST serves as the premier center for popular science in the region, with its exhibits designed to fascinate visitors of all ages. The museum features three main sections: the Exhibit Area with 17 interactive installations exploring natural phenomena like sound, light, and illusions; the Photo Gallery hosting temporary exhibitions on cutting-edge science with engaging visuals and interactive displays; and the Activity Classroom, offering hands-on tools and guided learning to deepen understanding.

The POST boasts an extensive calendar of activities, from interactive exhibitions and workshops to educational classes and experimental meetings for adults passionate about science. Highlights include Scientific Aperitifs and seasonal events, making science a part of everyday life.

Children, especially, are at the heart of the POST’s mission. On Sunday afternoons, the "Workshop of Young Scientists" opens its doors to curious minds aged 3 to 11. For a uniquely memorable celebration, POST also hosts themed birthday parties, offering options like "Stellar Birthdays," "Jurassic Post," and "Science Magic" for older children, while younger kids can enjoy themes like "Dragons and Princesses" or "Dogs versus Cats."
