Rankin Vault Cocktail Lounge opened in 2008 and quickly gained attention for its creative approach to cocktails. The drink menu rotates seasonally and includes house specialties like the Margarita and various martinis. Guests can also choose from a small selection of local draft beers and enjoy seating at the bar or on the patio.

The Vault Burger, made with grass-fed beef from Hickory Nut Gap, has received multiple People’s Choice awards at the WNC Battle of the Burger. Other menu items include tater tots, Caesar and arugula salads, and rotating daily drink specials. The space also includes an original 1920s bank vault, which is used for group seating.
