Telliskivi Creative City (Telliskivi Loomelinnak) is a hub for creativity situated on Telliskivi Street in the northern part of Tallinn. This center plays a pivotal role in supporting the Estonian creative community and is located on the former grounds of the Baltic Railway factory. Established in 2007 by Jaanus Juss, Telliskivi Creative City welcomed its first tenant, the headquarters of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, in 2009.

Presently, Telliskivi Creative City encompasses ten buildings, covering a total area of over 25,000 square meters (or 270,000 square feet). Within its premises, more than 300 companies find their home, with 90% of them operating in the creative sector. Additionally, it boasts around 30 shops, a dozen restaurants, two theaters, seven galleries, and several conference and seminar rooms. The center hosts nearly a thousand cultural events each year. Notable events include the "Ma ei saa aru" art festival, Jazzkaar, Tallinn Music Week, among others.

The center boasts multiple exhibition spaces, including the Vaal Gallery, the Juhan Kuusi Documentary Photography Center, and the outdoor galleries of Loomelinnaku Väligalerii and Kolme Puu galerii, with the latter focusing on socially relevant topics. Furthermore, the Telliskivi Creative City Gallery is found on the center's shopping streets. The outdoor areas of the center are adorned with numerous pieces of street art.
