Zabriskie Point, founded in 2003, is a long-running night club and music venue with a strong rock-and-roll identity. Set inside the lower level of the historic Amur Bay Hotel, it has built a reputation as an “anti-glamour bunker,” favouring live sound, relaxed crowds, and a more inclusive atmosphere over strict dress codes or polished club rituals.

Over the years, the venue has welcomed local performers and served as an after-party stop for major international rock acts touring Russia, including Deep Purple, Scorpions, Nazareth, Slade, and Smokie. It has also hosted private gatherings linked to state, regional, and city officials, adding a political and diplomatic layer to its nightlife history.

Inside, the club is divided into several atmospheric spaces, with Zabriskie Hall forming its main late-night centre. This area is known for one of the largest bar counters in the city, while the programme usually combines rock concerts, themed parties, dance nights, and weekend crowds. For tourists, it offers a look at the city after dark, shaped by live music, port-city energy, and a culture that values sound over glamour.
