In 2009, the Antoinette Godkin Gallery was established, featuring an exhibition called "Pearler" that displayed the artwork of Miranda Parkes. This gallery continues to actively support up-and-coming artistic talent in New Zealand. Located in central Auckland, the Antoinette Godkin Gallery showcases the latest in contemporary art, featuring the works of talented emerging artists from New Zealand and hosting exhibitions focused on contemporary fine art.

Antoinette Godkin, a native of New Zealand, has dedicated a significant portion of her career to representing prominent European artists in some of London's leading art galleries. She initially pursued her education at the Elam School of Fine Arts in Auckland before leaving New Zealand in the 1960s. She was accepted into both Saint Martin's School of Art and Camberwell School of Art in London. After completing her studies at Camberwell School of Art, Antoinette Godkin embarked on her career as the Director of Axiom Gallery in London, where she represented artists like Malcolm Morley, the inaugural recipient of the Turner Prize. She also organized a groundbreaking studio exhibition for the British sculptor Nigel Hall, marking the first curated show at an artist's studio in London's East End.
