Dubai Garden Center, Dubai

Don’t miss a trip to the Dubai Garden Centre which you will find on Sheik Zayed Road. It is a wonderful place to visit and is open 7 days a week.

The garden centre is the largest in the United Arab Emirates and boasts of a surface of 5000 square metres, separated into an indoor area of 2700 square metres and an outdoor area of 2300 square metres. It is a must for all gardeners from professional landscapers to those of us who only have a window box.

There is a huge variety of plants, shrubs, vines and trees from all over the world. You can choose between young palm trees, to exotic climbing plants, orchids, local outdoor plants and flowering indoor plants.

You will also find all the necessary accessories to keep your garden healthy and in excellent shape: gardening tools, motorized lawn-mowers and fertilizers. For your balcony, patio or interior you will find a great choice of planters and pots made from aluminum, ceramic, fiberglass, plastic and terracotta.

The centre also sells swimming pools and accessories, wet-play equipment for children, saunas, Jacuzzis, water features, fountains and barbeques. The garden furniture offers a wide range of modern or tradition styles and you will find everything you need to furnish a small balcony, a shady terrace or the pool-area. Even if you don’t buy anything, it is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon away from the noise of the city.
