James Dean, Prague

James Dean, Prague

An American-style restaurant and club, James Dean is decked out like a 1950s American diner, complete with red and white vinyl booth seating and lots of pictures of the establishment’s namesake as well as of Marilyn Monroe lining the walls. A jukebox and motorcycle from the period are also part of the eye-catching retro décor. Popular tunes from the fifties are piped throughout the main space where the restaurant serves typical American diner fare, including burgers, shakes, ribs, fries, and more. A range of great cocktails, including the signature James Dean are well-made here as well. The downstairs club space has a grungy feel and plays a variety of rock classics, though from more recent eras than what is played in the diner.
