Jumeirah Al Khor, Dubai

Jumeirah Al Khor, Dubai

Jumeirah Al Khor, prominently featuring the Jumeirah Creekside Park towers, is a significant architectural venture in Dubai Healthcare City. This development consists of two distinct towers: the Jumeirah Creekside Park Residence and the Jumeirah Creekside Park Hotel. Among these, the Jumeirah Al Khor Residence stands out for its impressive height, towering at 172 meters (564 feet) with 43 floors, making it the taller of the two structures. Its counterpart, while slightly shorter at 140 meters (460 feet), still boasts a substantial presence with 35 floors.

Originally slated for completion in 2008, the project encountered delays and was put on hold, only to resume construction in 2012. This pause in development added a layer of anticipation to the project's completion.

Designed to meet the specifications of the Jumeirah Group, a renowned operator, the towers offer a range of amenities. These include an elegant entrance lobby and atrium, a welcoming reception lobby, and diverse food and beverage outlets. The culinary experiences range from an All Day Dining venue to specialized restaurants offering Lebanese, Indian, and French Brasserie cuisines, alongside a Japanese bar and a 'Gourmet To Go' option.

In addition to these dining facilities, the towers house an executive lounge, the luxurious Talise Spa, a grand ballroom, and well-equipped meeting rooms with breakout facilities. The accommodation options are diverse, featuring hotel guestrooms, presidential suites, and 1, 2, & 3 bedroom serviced apartments, catering to a wide range of preferences and needs.

The Maktoum family, Dubai's current rulers, took over the reigns in 1883. The discovery of oil in 1966 set the change for a shift away from reliance on the marine industry.
