Massolit Books, Krakow

Massolit Books, Krakow

Yet another interesting place in Krakow, the Massolit is a place where one can curl up in the comfortable interiors with a good book in hand. If you love reading and can never get enough of any book, then the Massolit is the place for you.

Owned by an incredible American couple who have a great passion for books and Poland, the Massolit boasts of a mammoth collection of over twenty thousand titles. The store covers a vast range of genres right from popular- fiction, non-fiction, coffee table books, all the way to academic titles. If you have just the time to patiently look around the store you might even come across some of the rarest books in the world. Each book that is on their shelves has been significantly discounted which makes it a pretty rare find.

Apart from the vast collection of books the store has to offer, you can also indulge in some of the city’s best pies, cookies and cakes. With a homey touch of furniture, smell of hot baked goodies from the oven and feel of an old, wise hard bound book in hand, the Massolit Book store would definitely be one of you best memories of Krakow.
