Mini Israel (Latrun), Jerusalem
Having opened its doors in 2002, this miniature theme park features 385 exact replica models of iconic landmarks and sites in Israel, all on a 1:25 scale. Visitors can marvel at skyscrapers towering over them and historic churches that are taller than a child. The models are arranged among bonsai trees and miniature figurines of Israelis, while the park itself is designed in the shape of a Star of David, with each of the six triangles representing a different area or city in Israel, including Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Galil, Negev, and the Center.
In addition to the miniature models, Mini Israel offers other attractions such as a 3D movie showcasing Israeli landscapes, a restaurant and cafeteria , a multimedia area, and a play area for children.
