A formerly historic factory building that was once the production site of Jax beer has been repurposed into a shopping mall that houses a mix of local boutiques and a handful of national chain stores, including Chico's. Additionally, it features a food court and a balcony that offers scenic views of the Mississippi River.

Inside, you'll find a diverse selection of merchandise, including souvenirs, clothing, books, artwork, and various items with a distinct New Orleans theme. Particularly on sweltering summer days, the mall serves as a welcome air-conditioned haven.
