Remarkably, this broke a dry spell of over 125 years, resurrecting a tradition that once made the city a global hub for the golden nectar's production. Indeed, with the last of Dublin's original distilleries bidding adieu back in 1976, Teeling's venture brought back the buzz after nearly four decades. Their logo, a phoenix soaring triumphantly from a pot still, serves as a reminder of the brand's fiery resurgence in the whiskey world.
