It was founded in 1992 by a group of artists who wanted to create a space where people of all ages and skill levels could come together to explore the practice of drawing and other visual arts. Since then, The Drawing Studio has grown into a vibrant community hub for artists and art enthusiasts, offering a range of classes, workshops, and other programming throughout the year.

At The Drawing Studio, the focus is on helping students develop their own unique artistic voice through the exploration of drawing, painting, printmaking, and other mediums.
