This private non-profit organization, past recipient of the prestigious Raleigh Medal of Arts Award, has set as its mission to encourage artists from the entire area, thus enriching the community and educating entire generations. Specializing in promoting emerging artists, the center bring visual arts to the most unexpected places, to the delight of all art-goers. Known and loved in Raleigh is The Raleigh Street Painting Festival, which provides an excellent opportunity for people to experience creativity and beauty.
