EXPO Center, Karachi

Expo Center Karachi is a purpose-built exhibition and convention venue serving as a center for trade fairs, conferences, consumer exhibitions, and public events. Developed by the Government of Pakistan and managed by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), it was established to promote commerce, industry, and international business.

Since opening in 1994, the complex has hosted numerous national and international exhibitions, attracting exhibitors, professionals, businesses, and visitors from Pakistan and abroad. The air-conditioned complex contains six exhibition halls designed for events of different sizes. Three primary interconnected halls provide a combined indoor area of 6,690 square meters, complemented by mezzanine levels and additional exhibition spaces. Facilities include a Congress Centre, meeting rooms, press facilities, secretarial services, cafeterias, warehouses, and extensive parking. Events cover industries including textiles, engineering, healthcare, education, information technology, defense, real estate, automobiles, tourism, and consumer products. Many exhibitions are open to the public, allowing visitors to examine products, attend demonstrations, and participate in educational or cultural activities. Beyond trade exhibitions, Expo Center Karachi serves as a gathering place for business, innovation, education, and public engagement. Its calendar includes events such as the Karachi International Book Fair, recruitment programs, cultural festivals, conferences, and community initiatives. Because programming changes throughout the year, the visitor experience depends largely on the event taking place.
