This fifteen-foot bronze statue was designed by Marsha Montoya. The statue commemorates one of the early residents of West Palm Beach, Henry J. Rolfs, who was posthumously described as a man "who dared to dream boldly and sustained the courage to turn his dreams into reality. He gave his all for the benefit of a greater West Palm Beach in downtown/uptown"(plaque inscription).
