The Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) is a non-profit science museum located in Tampa that has been providing natural science exhibits and educational programs to children and adults since 1962. Initially known as the Museum of Science and Natural History, it was renamed the Hillsborough County Museum in 1967 and underwent a transformation to become the Museum of Science & Industry in 1980. MOSI's funding comes from private donations, corporate sponsors, and support from Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa.

The museum's exhibits cover a wide range of topics, including space exploration, robotics, engineering, health, and natural disasters, and offer visitors of all ages the opportunity to explore and learn through interactive exhibits, live demonstrations, and immersive experiences.

Over the years, MOSI has become the largest science center in the southeast and the 5th largest in the United States. Today, MOSI remains an important institution in the Tampa Bay area for promoting science education and inspiring the next generation of thinkers and innovators.
