Aachen City Archive was founded in 1884 and is situated on Fischmarkt, in the centre of the city. It is a city’s archive, were you can find the main documents of Aachen, publications, books, copies, volumes and ancient texts related to the history of Aachen and Germany. It is closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
