AutoZone Park stands as a Minor League Baseball arena nestled in the heart of Memphis. It serves as the home turf for two teams: the Memphis Redbirds, who compete in the Pacific Coast League (PCL), and Memphis 901 FC, partaking in the USL Championship. The Redbirds maintain a close connection with the Saint Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball (MLB), as they operate as the Triple-A affiliate. Notably, in 2009, Baseball America bestowed upon this stadium the honor of "Minor League Ballpark of the Year."

This impressive sporting facility came to life through a collaboration between Memphis-based Looney Ricks Kiss Architects and HOK Sport from Kansas City, at a considerable cost of $80.5 million for its construction. This investment remains the most substantial expenditure ever made for a facility dedicated to minor league baseball. AutoZone Park was meticulously designed to meet MLB standards, albeit without the inclusion of outfield seats or food vendors extending far down the foul lines. Consequently, one could liken it to a major league stadium in terms of seating quality and amenities, albeit with a focus on the premium seating options. The stadium first welcomed fans in the year 2000, taking over from the now-retired Tim McCarver Stadium. Additionally, the venue occasionally hosts games for the University of Memphis baseball team, including the highly anticipated annual match against Ole Miss.
