The roofline climbs upward into a tall architectural spire, adding to its recognizable silhouette.

The complex uses earthquake-resistant engineering, important in this seismic region. It also includes rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient glazing to reduce heat and water use. Developed through a major Pakistani-Saudi business partnership, the project reflects the growth of high-rise commercial architecture and large-scale private investment in the capital region.

For tourists, Centaurus Mall offers a practical indoor stop with fashion stores, electronics, cafés, restaurants, a food court, cinema, and family entertainment areas. It is also a popular social space for families and groups. A nearby Metro Bus station makes access easy. In its early years, it gained attention for a temporary entry fee for unaccompanied young men during peak hours.
