Hyde Park Village, Tampa

Hyde Park Village, Tampa

Hyde Park Village, located in the neighborhood of Hyde Park in Tampa, is an upscale open-air shopping district that offers a unique shopping experience. With several buildings situated between Swann and Rome Avenues, the center features a diverse range of retailers, including well-known brands such as Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, Madewell, and Kendra Scott, as well as many local boutiques and restaurants.

Originally opened in 1985 with Jacobson's and AMC Theatres as anchor tenants, the mall has undergone significant changes over the years. While it struggled in the 2000s due to the competition from International Plaza, the center was revitalized after its sale to WS Development in 2013. With the completion of its redevelopment plans in 2019, Hyde Park Village has become a premier destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Tampa.
