Museo de la Evolución Puebla, formerly known as Museo Imagina Interactivo de Puebla, reopened under its current name in 2016. The institution is now centred on natural history, science, and the long development of life on Earth. Its displays begin with the formation of the universe and the planet, then move through early life forms, prehistoric species, biodiversity, and the environmental changes that shaped the natural world.

Inside, visitors encounter fossils, models, reconstructions, interactive elements, and explanatory panels designed for clear visual learning. Dinosaurs and large prehistoric animals are among the most noticeable features, but they are presented within a wider story of geology, ecosystems, adaptation, extinction, and human origins.

Because the former Imagina name still appears in some older listings, visitors may come across mixed information online. Today, however, the site should be understood as Museo de la Evolución Puebla. Its main appeal lies in connecting scientific ideas with visual displays and hands-on interpretation, offering a change of pace from the area’s military history, monuments, and open public spaces.
