One Mack-Cali Center, Tampa

One Mack-Cali Center is a high-rise building situated in the city of Tampa. The structure stands tall at a height of 252ft (77m) and boasts 21 floors, providing ample space for diverse tenants, such as law firms and the Hillsborough County Law Library. Raytheon, the primary tenant of the building, has managed to maintain a consistently high occupancy rate, despite the challenges posed by the downtown Tampa area.

The exterior of the building features sleek glass and steel, which reflects the surrounding area and adds to the building's modern aesthetic. The building's design is a blend of function and form. The first three floors of the structure are a parking garage for those working in the building. The open floor plan of the building provides flexibility in the arrangement of office spaces, allowing for customization to meet the needs of each tenant.

The architects of the building were able to seamlessly integrate it into the existing urban landscape while still making it stand out. Today, the Mack-Cali Center is a recognizable landmark and is ranked as the 18th tallest building in Tampa.
