Last year in May, I enjoyed a memorable vacation in Malaysia and Singapore with my family. Our first stop in the tour was the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, a multi-cultural city that thrilled all our senses with its sights, sounds and smell. We took about two days to visit this unique city’s highlights and all of us came to really enjoy it.

One of the finest delights of modern architecture, Petronas twin towers have become an icon of Malaysia in the international platform over the years. They were the tallest buildings in the world until Taipei 101 was built in 2004, but they still remain the tallest twin buildings in the world. The structures are visible from everywhere in the city and they form an integral part of KL’s skyline.

Seeing the enormous structures was a great treat to my eyes. The towers feature an upmarket mall, an oceanarium (Aquaria KLCC), a skybridge connecting the two towers and KLCC park, a beautiful park that also features a fountain and light show every evening! ......
