I am a control freak kind of person and for the first time in any adventure, I sit this one out. Sit out in a sense that I did not research anything. I did not take part in planning. It seems like I am a joiner in this trip. But, I would like to share to you these incredible tourist spots I have seen during our stay in Melaka (Malacca), Malaysia.

Someone painted the city red. Literally. Bold colors of red as what Ron wold imply ” Bloody Red”. This might be the one you have been talking about Ron Weasly.

It’s one of Melaka’s (Malacca) most defining structures built by the Dutch when they took possession of Melaka from the Portuguese. This church is a gem; its brick-red color is very unique and extraordinary.

The interior of the cathedral has 200 year-old handmade pews, decorative fanlights and plaques that honour Dutch soldiers and locals. Did you see the metal bell? Try to find it.

The fountain is an addition in Dutch Square, which should be included as part of your visit to Melaka (Malacca). It was built to commemorate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee in 1901.Each of the colonial power that controlled Malacca left imprints of their rule around the area and the British left this edifice.
