Globe Park, Lucknow

Globe Park is a charming pocket of greenery adjacent to the larger Begum Hazrat Mahal Park. Though compact in scale, it distinguishes itself with its iconic central sculpture: a large rotating globe, perched above a mythical fish figure and framed by a semicircular structure decorated with zodiac symbols.

The globe itself adds an educational angle: it displays continents, oceans, and islands, all etched with attention to detail-while the accompanying zodiac arch adds an elegant artistic touch. In its earlier days, the globe used to rotate slowly, creating a gentle visual spectacle for those passing by.

Besides the globe sculpture, Globe Park offers pleasant landscaped lawns, seasonal flowerbeds, and tidy walking paths shaded by mature trees. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing break during explorations around the historic quarter.
